Summary Statement
Transmitted herewith are six (6) copies of each of the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance
on the F.Y. 2010 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, Contract No. 772, for approval
and signatures of City officials. The contract is with ASPRO, INC., of Waterloo, Iowa in the
