TO ALL BIDDERS ON THE ABOVE PROJECT:
All Bidders submitting a bid on the above contract shall carefully read this Addendum and give it
consideration in the preparation of their bid.
TO ALL BIDDERS ON THE ABOVE PROJECT:
I. The following is a new bid item and estimated quantity in the Form of Bid or Proposal
(Use revised Page 5 of 9 included in this addendum):

The street by street quantities are as follows:
Cottage: 4,133.8; Easton: 339.5; Flower: 421.4; Greenbrier: 594.9; Hummingbird 1000: 162.3;
Hummingbird 1300-1400: 522.4; Mitchell: 2492.0; Wellington: 1212.4.
The purpose for the addition of Base Bid Division I Section IV is to obtain a cost to hydroseed
the topsoil areas in Base Bid Section I, areas where grading of the parking from curb to
sidewalk is required and selected areas effected by construction as directed by the Engineer.
The addendum quantities for Hydroseed are in addition to those included in Base Bid Section I.
The City reserves the right to delete Base Bid Division I Section IV from the award of the
contract as it deems necessary.
SUDAS DIVISION 9 SECTION 9010, Hydraulic Seeding of Type 1 (permanent lawn mixture) for
Seed Application, Fertilizing and Mulching of permanent or dormant seeding will apply.
II. The following is a revision in the estimated quantity in the Form of Bid or Proposal
(Use revised Page 5 of 9 included in this addendum):

It has been determined that Sanitary Manholes 5, 6, 7 and 8 on E. Mitchell Ave. will be minor
adjustments, which are considered incidental to applicable items. See revised Sanitary Sewer
Structure Table on Sheet 54 of the plans included in this addendum.

Any revisions to any of the Contract Documents made by this Addendum shall be considered as
the same revision to any and all related areas of the Contract Documents not specifically called
out in this Addendum.
The bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting the number and date in the
spaces provided in the Form of Bid or Proposal, Item 9, Page 8 of 9.
