RESOLUTION APPROVING A WATERLOO FIBER POINT-
TO-POINT RATE LIST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Waterloo Fiber Point-to-Point
Rate List is hereby approved and the General Manager of Telecommunications is directed to
distribute copies thereof to Waterloo Fiber employees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2026.
