Update from the Waterloo Public Library.
Robbin Degeratu, Library Director, provi-
ded an overview of Waterloo Public
Library operations over the last calendar
year. She highlighted the increase in
library usage and valuable information
they received following a Market Re-
search Survey conducted in September
2026.
The Mayor and City Council members
discussed Waterloo Public Library opera-
tions with the Library Director.
