IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING POLICY RENEWAL

This letter is to inform you that the Building Replacement Cost Value(BRCV)on file for the building or unit
referenced above needs to be updated.The National Flood Insurance Program(NFIP)requires that this be
reverified prior to renewal at least every 3 years,which have now passed.
The BRCV,as currently listed in the above-referenced policy,is$882,000.00. The amount of building
coverage is$500,000.00.
At this time,you must provide new documentation OR contact your agent so they can note the replacement
cost has been verified.Should you choose the former,acceptable documentation is a replacement cost
valuation report dx an appraisal,which includes the cost of the foundation and is no more than two years old.
If updated BRCV is not received within 10 days of this letter,American Bankers Insurance Company of
Florida will obtain the replacement cost from an automated valuation tool.BRCV is a rating factor,and
changes to the value may impact your annual premium.
