RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2011 MIDPORT BOULEVARD EXTENSION - PHASE
II, CONTRACT NO. 802 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 MidPort Boulevard
Extension - Phase II, Contract No. 802, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 MidPort Boulevard Extension -
Phase II, Contract No. 802 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 MidPort Boulevard Extension - Phase II, Contract No. 802, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of April, 2011 .
