MIKE DOLAN CONCRETE &MASONRY, INC.

Recommended City Council Action:
After review of the bids, it is being recommended that the award of the contract be made to
MIKE DOLAN CONCRE'1F &MASONRY, INC., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$93,396.54.
Summary Statement
At the City Council meeting on March 28, 2011, bids were opened for the F.Y. 2011
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM- ZONE 1 AND TRAIL REPAIRS, Contract No. 804,
with MIKE DOLAN CONCRETE&MASONRY, INC., of Waterloo, Iowa, as the apparent
low bidder.
The Contracts and Grants Coordinator has reviewed the items relating to the 2002 Contract
Compliance Program requirements and has transmitted his recommendation in the attached
letter.
