Here is the proposed schedule for the 2011 sidewalk repair program.
May 2, 2011 - permission from Council to send out repair notices and set date of public hearing
May 5, 2011 - 1st notice of hearing publication
May 6, 2011 -send out repair notice letters (letters dated for May 9, 2011); start 45-day private repair
window
May 12, 2011 -2nd notice of hearing publication
May 23, 2011 - public hearing
June 3, 2011 -CBDG application deadline
June 24, 2011 -deadline for obtaining permits for private repair
July 8, 2011 -end of 45-day private repair window

I suppose you would like some Engineer's Estimates for tonight.
FY2012 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program -Zone 1, Contract#811 --$360,336.43
FY2012 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Assessment Program -Zone 1, Contract#812 --$74,227.10
There are a number of"clean walk" properties in these contracts; 50 in#811, 4 in #812. Properties marked clean
walk have been assumed to need total sidewalk replacement. A reinspection of cleaned sidewalks may result in
substantially reduced final sidewalk replacement quantities and costs.
