RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
STORM SEWER AND PAVING SERVING DEER CREEK
PLAT NO. 2, AS SUBMITTED BY VJ ENGINEERING,
INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for storm sewer and paving serving
Deer Creek Plat No. 2, as submitted by VJ Engineering, Inc. of
Cedar Falls, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 2013.
