RESOLUTION NO. 2013-747
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 9, 2013, for a Safe Routes to
School Program Project, for sidewalk and crossing improvements in
conjunction with F.Y. 2013 Cunningham School Safe Routes to
School, Contract No. 851, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 2013.
