RESOLUTION NO. 2013-778
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY2014 SULLIVAN PARK BASKETBALL COURT
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-777, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY2014 Sullivan
Park Basketball Court Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on September 23, 2013 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September, 2013.
