RESOLUTION NO. 2014-213
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY2014 BOAT HOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-212, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY2014 Boat House
Roof Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on April 7, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2014.
