RESOLUTION NO. 2014-223
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 801-805 COMMERCIAL STREET.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2014-222, Request for Proposal
document, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Asbestos Abatement Services for property located
at 801-805 Commercial Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on April 7, 2014 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2014.
