RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF GRANT
APPLICATION WITH THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF
DRUG CONTROL POLICY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID APPLICATION BY DIRECTOR OF SAFETY
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of a SFY 2015 Byrne -Justice Assistance Grant
(JAG) application dated April 7, 2014, for funding salary and
benefits for members of the Tri -County Drug Enforcement Task
Force, by and between the Governor's Office of Drug Control
Policy and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Director of Safety Services authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2014.
