RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON A PROPOSED LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH GEORGE A. RYAN AND LORETTA R.
RYAN FOR LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON
RIVERSIDE DRIVE JUST EAST OF 727 RIVERSIDE
DRIVE, AS MAY 5, 2014, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE
LAW COURT THEATER IN THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR
THE ARTS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Law Court Theater in the Waterloo Center for the Arts
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of
May, 2014, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the
proposed Lease Agreement with George A. Ryan and Loretta R. Ryan
for lease of property located on Riverside Drive just east of 727
Riverside Drive at a cost of $1.00, for the period January 1,
2014 through December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of April, 2014.
