RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF VIDEO
DETECTION SYSTEM: I-380 RAMPS AT SAN MARNAN
DRIVE AND I-380 AT MITCHELL AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AS MAY 5, 2014, AT 5:30 P.M.
IN THE LAW COURT THEATER IN THE WATERLOO
CENTER FOR THE ARTS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Law Court Theater in the Waterloo Center for
the Arts in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th
day of May, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of Video Detection System: I-380
Ramps at San Marnan Drive and I-380 at Mitchell Avenue, in the
City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of April, 2014.
