RESOLUTION NO. 2014-292
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7)
12 -LEAD CARDIAC MONITORS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Chief of Fire Services of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Seven
(7) 12 -Lead Cardiac Monitors, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Chief of Fire Services did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of Seven
(7) 12 -Lead Cardiac Monitors, which were preliminarily approved
by Resolution No. 2014-178 on March 10, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
April 28, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Seven (7) 12 -Lead Cardiac Monitors, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2014.
