RESOLUTION NO. 2016-692
RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 26, 2016 FOR THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
CITY OWNED PROPERTY, A VACANT LOT SOUTH OF 512 REED
STREET, TO LARRY AND VICKIE WESTENDORF, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $3,000 PLUS COSTS, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 26th day of
September, 2016,to consider and authorize the sale and conveyance of city owned property, a
vacant lot south of 512 Reed Street,to Larry and Vickie Westendorf, in the amount of$3,000
plus costs, and legally described as follows:
LITCHFIELD ADDITION LOT 2, BLOCK 5, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, STATE OF IOWA.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2016.
