RESOLUTION NO. 2016-698
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE 2016 FALL
STUMP REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-697, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2016 Fall Stump Removal Project, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on September 6, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
