RESOLUTION AWARDING 2016 FALL STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT CONTRACT TO WILSON CUSTOM TREE OF CRESCO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $53,750.00, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 2016 Fall Stump Removal Project Contract, dated September 6, 2016, is awarded to
Wilson Custom Tree of Cresco, Iowa, in the amount of$53,750.00, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t"day of September 2016.
