RESOLUTION NO. 2014-296
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
PURCHASING PROCEDURES BIDDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that bids over $25,000 that require a public hearing need to be
due on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. prior to the public hearing that will
be held the following Monday, with the bid openings occurring at
1:00 p.m. on Thursday in City Hall in the First Floor Conference
Room, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2014.
