RESOLUTION NO. 2016-700
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE 2016 TREE REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2016 Fall Tree Removal Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2016 Fall Tree Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on September 6, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2016 Fall Tree Removal Project, are hereby approved and said project is authorized to
proceed planned.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
