RESOLUTION NO. 2016-703
RESOLUTION APPROVING SCHOOL RESOURCE AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO
PROVIDE FIVE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS IN THE SCHOOLS
FOR THE FY 17 FISCAL YEAR FOR $216,042.00, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the School Resource Officer Agreement dated September 6, 2016, between the Waterloo
Community School District and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide five School Resource
Officers in the schools for the FY 17 Fiscal Year, in the amount of $216,042.00, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
