RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ACCESS
SYSTEM INC. FOR A 5 YEAR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR
PRINTER AND COPIER NEEDS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated September 6, 2016, for a five year maintenance agreement for printer and
copier needs for the Police Department, is hereby awarded to Access Systems, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of September 2016.
