RESOLUTION NO. 2016-710
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.
1 WITH JDE ENGINEERING OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,250.00 FOR ADDITIONAL DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE F.Y. 2015
GERALDINE ROAD - PHASE III, CONTRACT NO. 871; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated September 6, 2016, between JDE Engineering of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $2,250.00 for
additional design and construction related services for the F.Y. 2015 Geraldine Road - Phase III,
Contract No. 871, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
