RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION
11-3-2 PRELIMINARY PLATS AND SECTION 11-3-3 FINAL PLATS,
RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF THE K-LINE MINOR PLAT NO.
1 OF PARCEL M LOCATED SOUTH OF 4550 W 4TH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section I1-3-2 Preliminary
Plats and Section 11-3-3 Final Plats, as it relates to the approval of the request for the approval of
the K-Line Minor Plat No. 1 of Parcel M located South of 4550 W 4th Street, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
