RESOLUTION NO. 2016-713
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY K-LINE
ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR THE K-LINE MINOR PLAT NO. 1 OF
PARCEL M LOCATED SOUTH OF 4550 W 4TH STREET.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of September 2016, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the Minor Plat No. 1 of Parcel M, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, generally located South of 4550 West 4th Street, and necessary documents, were presented
for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to and has been approved by
the Waterloo City Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Minor Plat No. 1 of Parcel M, generally located South of 4550 West 4th Street,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and necessary documents, are hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to
said resolution on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
