RESOLUTION NO. 2016-714
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VIA RAIL LOGISTICS, LLC FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A RAIL PARK LAYOUT IN THE MIDPORT TIF
DISTRICT FOR A TOTAL OF $14,300, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND FULLY EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 6, 2016, between Rail Logistics, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of a rail park layout in the MidPort TIF
District, in the amount of $14,300, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
