RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD FOR AUDIT SERVICES
TO RSM US, LLP FOR THE FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30, 2016
AND 2017 AT BASE FEES OF $89,150 AND $91,600,
RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that audit services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2016 and 2017, at base fees of$89,150 and
$91,600, respectively, is hereby awarded to RSM US, LLP.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2016.
