RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
FOR BIOSOLIDS MANAGEMENT, STORAGE AND LAND
APPLICATION WITH NUTRI-JECT SYSTEMS, INC. OF
HUDSON, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 28, 2014, for the extension of a
Biosolids Management, Storage and Land Application for the
biosolids storage building, in the amount of $4,900.00 per month,
for the period of August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2019, by and
between Nutri-Ject Systems, Inc. of Hudson, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 2014.
