RESOLUTION NO. 2016-728
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2017 SERGEANT ROAD TRAIL BRIDGE NO. 1
REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT NO. 917.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Sergeant Road Trail Bridge No. 1 Replacement, Contract No.
917, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Sergeant Road Trail Bridge No. 1 Replacement, Contract No.
917, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 12, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2017 Sergeant Road Trail Bridge No. 1 Replacement, Contract No. 917 are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September 2016.
