RESOLUTION NO. 2016-748
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH ELK
RUN HEIGHTS, CEDAR TOWNSHIP, AND EAST
WATERLOO TOWNSHIP, TO PROVIDE FIRE AND EMS
PROTECTION AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the 28E Agreement dated September 19, 2016, between Elk Run Heights, Cedar Township,
and East Waterloo Township to provide fire and EMS protection, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2016.
