RESOLUTION NO. 2016-751
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
BRADLEY AND AUBRY BALDWIN FOR 321 WEST 6TH
STREET, FOR $1.00, PLUS UTILITIES, ETC. FOR ONE YEAR
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
AND FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated September 19, 2016 between Bradley and Aubry Baldwin and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for 321 West 6th Street, for $1.00, plus utilities, etc. for one year, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2016.
