RESOLUTION NO. 2016-752
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK
PERFORMED BY CHYMA'S MACHINE AND WELDING SHOP,
INC., OF TOLEDO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $30,109.26 FOR
THE F.Y. 2016 LOWER PLAZA FENCING , CONTRACT NO. 915.
WHEREAS, Chyma's Machine and Welding Shop, Inc. of Toledo, Iowa, performed work
on the F.Y. 2016 Lower Plaza Fencing Project, Contract No. 915, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, Chyma's Machine and Welding Shop, Inc. has completed the
aforementioned project in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2016.
