RESOLUTION NO. 2016-753
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $75,000.00 IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2017 BIENNIAL BRIDGE REVIEW PROGRAM; AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 19, 2016 between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2017 Biennial Bridge Review Program, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
