RESOLUTION APPROVING PRECONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
PRIMARY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
US HIGHWAY 63 PROJECTS FROM JEFFERSON STREET TO
CONGER/NEWELL STREET, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preconstruction Agreement dated September 19, 2016, between Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, primary road improvements in conjunction with
the US Highway 63 projects from Jefferson Street to Conger/Newell Street, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2016.
