RESOLUTION NO. 2014-311
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE F.Y. 2014 STORMWATER LIFT STATIONS
(HOLLYWOOD, CEDAR BEND, AND FLETCHER),
CONTRACT NO. 836, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
JUNE 9, 2014, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE LAW COURT
THEATER AT THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS,
WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Law Court Theater at the Waterloo Center for
the •Arts in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th
day of June, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2014 Stormwater Lift Stations
(Hollywood, Cedar Bend, and Fletcher), Contract No. 836, in the
City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
