RESOLUTION NO. 2014-069
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF DR. WALTER
CUNNINGHAM SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE TO HOLD
CUNNINGHAM 5K RUN/WALK EVENT ON MAY 3, 2014.
WHEREAS, the Dr. Walter Cunningham School for Excellence has
requested that they be allowed to hold a Cunningham 5K Run/Walk
event on May 3, 2014, together with the approval of the Director
of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the route
to start and end at Cunningham School.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Dr. Walter Cunningham
School for Excellence to hold a Cunningham 5K Run/Walk event on
May 3, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m. , with the route to start and
end at Cunningham School, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2014.
