RESOLUTION NO. 2014-070
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF JANELLE DARST
ON BEHALF OF MY WATERLOO DAYS COMMITTEE TO
HOLD MY WATERLOO DAYS FESTIVAL FROM JUNE 11-
15, 2014.
WHEREAS, Janelle Darst on behalf of the My Waterloo Days
Committee has requested that they be allowed to hold the My
Waterloo Days festival from June 11-15, 2014, together with the
approval of the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said festival will be held at the Expo Plaza,
Lincoln Park, Byrnes Park and on the Cedar River at the
Boathouse, including street closures and barricades.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Janelle Darst on behalf of
the My Waterloo Days Committee to hold the My Waterloo Days
festival from June 11-15, 2014 at the Expo Plaza, Lincoln Park,
Byrnes Park and on the Cedar River at the Boathouse, including
street closures and barricades, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2014.
