RESOLUTION NO. 2014-081
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE CONTRACT
NUMBER 13 -TC -026 WITH IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (IEDA) AND HYDRITE
CHEMICAL COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment Number One to Economic Development Assistance
Contract Number 13 -TC -026, dated February 3, 2014, for the
Hydrite Chemical Company expansion project, with the City of
Waterloo as the local sponsoring community, by and between the
Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA), Hydrite Chemical
Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2014.
