RESOLUTION NO. 2014-082
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH SENAD DIZDAREVIC OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 3, 2014, for the
construction of a 6,000 square foot industrial building on Marnie
Avenue, adding $328,000.00 of taxable value to the site, and
offering property tax rebates for 6 years at 80 percent and 3
years at 70 percent, by and between Senad Dizdarevic of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
