RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF WATERLOO
CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU EVENT/CAPITAL
PROJECT GRANT APPLICATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of application dated February 10, 2014, for a
grant in the amount of $15,750.00, to be used for the demolition
and reconstruction of the concession/restroom building at the
Byrnes Tennis Center, by and between the Waterloo Convention &
Visitors Bureau and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 2014.
