RESOLUTION NO. 2014-100
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
EXTENDING AGREEMENT FOR THREE (3) YEARS WITH
DENVER CONSTRUCTION INC. OF DENVER, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Contract dated February 10, 2014, extending
the agreement for three (3) years from April 10, 2014 through
April 9, 2017, for the Drop Site Recycling Collection and
Disposal Program, at a cost of $58.68 per ton, by and between
Denver Construction Inc. of Denver, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 2014.
