RESOLUTION NO. 2014-101
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 10, 2014, for Traffic Safety
Improvement Program Funding, Project No. CS -TSF -8155(736)-85-07,
Agreement No. 2015 -TS -005, in the amount of $56,800.00, to be
used for safety improvements at the intersection of LaPorte Road
and San Marnan Drive, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 2014.
