RESOLUTION NO. 2014-103 RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH THOMPSON RESIDENT HOLDINGS III, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated February 10, 2014, for the acquisition and purchase of 1005 Lafayette Street in the amount of $20,000.00, and legally described as follows: The Northwest Forty-nine (49) feet of the Southeast Ninety-eight (98) feet of Lots Nos. Seven (7) & (10), Block Twenty-four (24), Original Plat Waterloo East, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa (1005 Lafayette Street). Subject to covenants, restrictions, ordinances, easements, and limited access provisions of record; by and between Thompson Resident Holdings III, LLL of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
