RESOLUTION NO. 2014-118
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK CONTRACTING AND DEVELOPMENT
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 17, 2014, for the
sale and conveyance of a portion of city -owned property located
along Lafayette Street near its intersection with East 3rd Street
for $1.00, plus costs, for the construction of six (6) townhouse
dwellings, by and between Black Hawk Contracting and Development
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th da of February, 2014.
