RESOLUTION NO. 2014-120
RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS
REQUIRED BY GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CERTIFICATE BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Title dated February 17, 2014, as
required for a grant application with the FAA, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
