RESOLUTION NO. 2014-136
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENTS WITH THE
FOLLOWING COMMUNITIES: DENVER, DYSART,
HUDSON, DUNKERTON, WELLSBURG, LAPORTE CITY,
EVANSDALE, TRAER, JESUP, FAIRBANK, NORTH
BENTON, REINBECK AND GLADBROOK-LINCOLN AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreements dated February 24, 2014, to provide
ambulance response for a period of one (1) year, by and between
Denver, Dysart, Hudson, Dunkerton, Wellsburg, LaPorte City,
Evansdale, Traer, Jesup, Fairbank, North Benton, Reinbeck and
Gladbrook-Lincoln and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 2014.
