RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
STAINLESS INVESTMENTS, LLC TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY 0.41 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT
811 ELLIOTT COURT FROM "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO NAC -1,C -Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT, AS MARCH 10,
2014, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th day of March, 2014, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Stainless Investments, LLC to rezone approximately 0.41 acres of
land located at 811 Elliott Court from "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District to "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, and
legally described as follows:
Parcel "B" of Survey recorded in Doc #2004-02281 of
part of the Southeast Quarter of Section No. 7,
Township No. 88, Range No. 12 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Subject to highways and easements of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
