RESOLUTION NO. 2014-016
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HALL &
ASSOCIATES OF WASHINGTON, D.C.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 13, 2014, in an amount not to
exceed $10,000.00, to represent the City regarding the Clean
Water Act, by and between Hall & Associates of Washington, D.C.
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2014.
